24.01.2022 Have you ever considered trying a digital piano? They have a much lower starting price than a traditional acoustic piano and with modern technology they are increasingly a viable option for piano students. Full size keyboards & digital pianos with weighted keys are perfect for the beginner and possibly even the first few years of exams. If you've always been interested in the piano, but don't have the space or are concerned about such a costly investment to try something new..., this may be an affordable option for you. 12.01.2022 Well its been quiet in the land of Kates Piano teaching for a while so I thought I would do something fun. NAME THAT MOVIE!!!!!! Who can guess which movie this excerpt is from?? ... Number 1 is pretty easy and its from one of my all time favourite movies so if you cant figure it out we may not be able to be friends anymore (just kidding). Happy guessing :) Watch this space - I will be posting some more in the coming weeks.

07.01.2022 My lovely husband bought me some gadgets for Christmas to enable me to do better recordings, so I promised I would put up another video for him. This is 'January' from Tchaikovsky's Seasons. It seems appropriate at least for a few more days (where is this year going already?!?).
