25.01.2022 Here's a basket Carl made 10 years ago, weathered and beaten, still going in the loving care of Prisca. ............... Jacky Morris making a basket in Japan back in 2009, the woman teaching us, at the organic farm home stay, actually learnt this style herself when she visited North Queensland! She was selling her woven baskets in a Kyoto Market and I commented that she made a Kuranda style basket. Next thing we were invited to her home up in the country, we pounded mocha, threshed wheat, picked flowers and had beautiful simple family meals. .......................................................................

06.01.2022 Beautiful posse from the Bangalow Farmers Market displayed in our flower basket. Produce looks great in a small hamper box and they go in the fridge too. There is great expectations that the Avocados will be a bumper crop this time, we will be out there filling the baskets to the brim!
