23.01.2022 Love this video by Sydney Flower Market for Mother’s Day! Mums truly are the very best people and I hope all Mums out there have the BEST weekend filled with love! If you send Mum flowers this weekend and make sure you’re BUYING LOCAL (avoid those crappy order gatherers guys, your local florists are way better!) PS: I was very unsuccessful at hiding in the background of a few shots there

I will always look back at this day so fondly; flowering for a couple that are so kind-hearted, genuine, and easy-going is an absolute joy. I had some of Sugarpot’s cupcakes that I was shooting promo content with so thought I’d cut one open for you to see inside. This one is a delicious salted caramel flavour, our pack also has ones with house made raspberry compote. SO. AMAZINGLY. DELICIOUS. ... Care packs still available, get your orders in! 09.01.2022 Arranging with leftovers and some preserved goodies I had lying around. Tonight I really needed a little flower play and I was super keen to use this beautiful, new, ethically made compote from Oh Flora. All I had to work with was half a bunch of lisianthus and a few stems of bleached ruscus, so admittedly it could be a little more full. But flip side, it came out light and airy, it’s entirely foam free, and with a staged backdrop it looks pretty cute. You can also catch some behind-the-scenes stuff florists do to get a beautiful shot - queue painted MDF board, pretty laces and soft muslin gauze.
