24.01.2022 Russell island wrapping up Nicely with 90Lm of budget timber fencing completed in 2 visits

20.01.2022 6 doors replaced in a Southbank unit. Customer moved into new unit not happy with her boring plain white doors. Replaced them with lovely glass doors while still reusing old hinges and locks.

16.01.2022 Now that's a funky soffit! ~ framed out flush with rafters to get sheet sitting above facia to create the drip line. ~rafters planned and straightened.... ~6mm villaboard used because customer only wanted one set of joins. (3900 runs!) ~fully sealed and weather proofed ~customer didn't wast to see fixings so they were sunk and patched

15.01.2022 Freshening up the sunroom of a customer that keeps coming back. ~Frame out block walls ~Line with plasterboard and set ~skirting and architrave install ... ~cut down and reinstall sliding door to suit new floor height (new tiles) Next time we box out that yellow house bearer. *still waiting on threshold.

13.01.2022 Storage cupboard with sliding doors nearly finished today. Shelving, clothing rail, Architraves, skirting, cornice, and door hardware to be added soon.

12.01.2022 3 ceilings framed tonight and many more to go for a customer that was running 4 weeks behind in his project. He is now nearly up to date after pickles responded on short notice to help him out and threw up ceiling. -28mm steel furring channel at 600 centres ... - TCR locking the furring channel together -braced up to the hardwood bearers at 1200 centres Ready to be sheeted tomorow!

12.01.2022 Large living area/ hallway cieling complete tonight, Ceiling kept at same level from living area all the way through hallway and to the front entrance door. Making the area look very large and eliminating need to build small random bulkhead as customer originally wanted. Decided to use 'A clips' as cuntomer wanted ceiling highly to be as high as possible

06.01.2022 We ventured to Russel Island this time! Customer was on a budget so we opted for simple, single skim pailing fence, with 2 rails. 40 metres completed in 4hours including concreting posts in....
