Having spent 3 months with a well-known and reputable agent resulting in no decent offers, we managed to sell our house for the price we wanted in less than two weeks after engaging Keven Moore of Pick Property. Keven’s knowledge of our area and the property market in the Parkdale area was outstanding. We learnt more in the first two hours with Keven than we did for the previous 3 months with our previous agent. Because ...Keven is a Vendor Advocate, it was comforting to know that he was on our side and was there to look after our interests only. Keven did all the leg work from here onwards and kept us informed of the progress on almost a daily basis. One week later we had engaged a new Marketing Agent and had the new owners signed up by the following Thursday. It is worth noting that Keven’s services did not cost us anything as his costs came out of the Marketing Agent’s commission which he shared with the Agents.
