15.01.2022 As we start to ease restrictions, please continue supporting our local businesses. Its been a very hard start to the year for most businesses. Weve been very lucky that this hasnt impacted our farm too much. If anything it has boosted our wholesale trade as we had to restrict our access to the public. But it is all that there is, luck was on our side and unfortunately a lot of businesses didnt fare as well, regardless of how well established they are. Our region has some... of the most amazing and freshest produce, combined with the amazing talent of the local food industry, and we are spoilt for choice. So please dont forget to visit our local cafes and restaurants, shop from our local stalls and help our region get back on its feet. We also want to take this opportunity to thank our lovely customers who continued to support us despite our month-long closure. A lot of you have changed your shopping habits by patronising our delivery service or getting your apple fix from our stockists. Some of you even did the extra mile and connected us to other businesses and gain us new stockists! We would appreciate it if you can follow the following precautions weve put in place: 1) If you can pay via card, please pay via card or through MyHonestyBox app. Weve set up a self-serve card checkout with detailed instructions on how to use the system. We are also happy to assist you/show you how to us...e it if were in the shed. You can still pay with cash and please use the hand sanitiser in the station. 2) Please wear your mask unless you have an exemption. 3) Strictly one customer in the shop front at a time unless youre family. 4) Please keep to the front shop area. Beyond the fridge is staff/authorised people only. For obvious reasons, we cannot allow people inside our cool rooms so please dont follow us in there. Thank you for your continuous support. 12.01.2022 To our lovely customers, just a few precautions that we would love for you to follow if visiting our shed. 1) Ensure that there is only one person at a time in the shop area (unless youre together i.e. family) 2) Please refrain from touching the produce unless youre buying them. ... 3) Use the hand sanitiser provided as much as possible We are trying very hard to keep our hands clean when picking and packing and all of that is lost if someone comes in and starts touching the apples on the boxes and end up not buying them. It takes all of us to ensure that proper hygiene is followed and we dont endanger other people. We are happy to say that 95% of our customers are following our precautionary measures. 08.01.2022 WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS To all our customers asking if we are operational, yes we remain open for business for your apple and juice needs. Our shed is open Mon-Sat from 9-5pm. We are doing extra precautions to ensure that our operations go smoothly despite the virus concerns. ... We have hand sanitiser near our cash tub for our customers to use. Also, we are trying to lessen cash transactions so if you have a smartphone and is tech savvy, we recommend that you to download the My Honesty Box app on your phone, create an account and start shopping. We have a virtual store there and you can link your cards for payment. Printed instructions can also be found in our shed (near the cash tub). Please share among your network. 08.01.2022 We are now offering self-serve card checkout! We have noticed an increase in customers who would rather pay with card when they visit our shed. While a few of you have started using the MyHonestyBox app, this is not an option for most people. So now we have set-up our tablet and Square device to accept card payments. Theres a print out of detailed instructions beside the device. I hope this will make the shopping experience better for alll our customers P.S. We still accept cash and the MyHonestyBox app can still be used

02.01.2022 To our valued customers, we have received a few queries regarding our supply and closure, and we would just like to assure everyone that we have plenty of apples available (a lot of them still to be picked) and that our farm shed remains to be operational. We are open from Mon-Sat from 9-5pm. Most local markets have been cancelled though under the circumstances so please dont forget to support and shop at local businesses at this time. You can find our produce at most of our... local fruit shops/green grocer. In this uncertain times, please also keep in your thoughts and prayers all our farmers as they work tirelessly to continue to provide produce to shops and markets. Farmers honestly dont get enough break cause regardless of whats happening in the world, fruits and vegetables still need to be grown and picked, cows still need to be milked, etc. so we can continue feeding the world. And please, please, please, this is the best time to be kind, compassionate and empathetic to everyone, we are all under the pump. See more

02.01.2022 To our lovely customers, it is with a heavy heart that our family has decided that we will close our farm shed for retail sales/general public (wholesale customers are not affected). Tomorrow (Monday March 30) will be our last day trading from our farm shed for the meantime. This is not an easy decision to make. As a primarily cash-based business, we have decided it safest to close our farm shed until this virus is contained and focus all our efforts on completing the harves...t. We cant risk our familys, workers and customers health at this point. We will have card services available for purchases tomorrow, or alternatively you can pay via our store in the MyHonestyBox app (big thanks to everyone who has used the app so far). Our apples will continue to be available at local fruit shops, many of whom are now offering no-contact collection or home delivery.
