25.01.2022 \\ \\ Big shout out to long time friend of us here at Picton Social, Lisa McKay. Lisa and her husband have been great supporters of our café from the very start. ... Lisa has an amazing talent for creating wonderful spaces and when we first opened, we invited Lisa down for a coffee and to pick her brain on colours and design ideas for the cafe. Since that day Lisa has created a beautiful lamp which sits on the bar and more recently spent three days painting the wall along the corridor that leads to the back of the cafe. How incredible does the wall look?? We are thrilled to announce that Lisa will be featuring some of her art on The Artist's Wall in December - we can't wait to show off more of her talents. Not only does Lisa paint but she is also involved with PAWS Pet Therapy and is always looking for ways to give back including fundraising for the JDRF and more recently the Summer Bushfire Appeal. Based in Canberra, Jennifer's work is normally seen at Trove Canberra, a cooperative of local makers and designers.
