The Type P Idler Pulleys are an easy, cost effective solution for any timing belt drive design whether you have a fixed shaft centre distance or an existing drive that requires an Idler. They can be run on the teeth or outside of a timing belt. The Type P Idler Pulleys suit all types of timing belts such as polyurethane, rubber, metric and imperial timing belts. Polyurethane timing belts with profiles/flights welded on or with the revolutionary new ATN integrated flight system, there are endless possibilities. The ATN timing belt system allows for fast and easy flight changing without removing the timing belt when the products to be transported are changing or because of wear and tear of t...he flights. This creates a short machine stand still time for flight changes and low prototype test costs as different flights can be tested without changing the timing belt itself. PIES polyurethane timing belts are also available with a wide range of backings for conveying or accumulating. Backings such as Supergrip or Linatex can be used for extra grip to transport a product, or a nylon coating can be used to reduce friction for accumulation conveyors. Timing belts can also be machined or re-worked and have holes punched for vacuum packaging applications. Also available is a large selection accessories to suit the timing belts such as timing pulleys, idler pulleys, clamp plates and guide rails.

PROflex belts are available in the following range: PROflex Classic, PROflex HTD and PROflex Poly-V. All PROflex belts are made from high quality neoprene rubber that ensures an excellent adhesion between the neoprene and both the tensile member and the nylon tooth facing. The Nylon tooth facing is an essential precondition for smooth operation and a long service life.... This is ensured by the application of a particularly abrasion-resistant nylon fabric with low friction coefficients on the belts teeth. The tensile member for synchronous belt drives call for a high degree of length stability and tensile strength. These requirements are optimally met by low-elongation tensile members of fiberglass cord helically wound over the entire belt width.
