25.01.2022 My head is just about to hit the pillow after a long day of food preparations. That's right my friends, Pig and Fig will once again be trading at the V8 Super Cars from tomorrow morning. As well as our infamous Pig & Fig pork steak sandwiches, we have introduced a V8 Whopper to the menu this year. Be one of the first to sample our Big homemade burger patties, served in a sesame bun with cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion & ketchup. A guaranteed stomach filler. A photo of our V8 Whopper Burger will be released tomorrow. See you all for the adrenalin racing, motor sports action over the weekend.

21.01.2022 And the setting up has begun. See you all at the Nightcliff Seabreeze Festival - main stage from 2pm till 10pm for your gourmet steak sandwiches.
