24.01.2022 Ok this is maybe the weirdest thing we’ve ever made. Apparently old school dim sims are amazing...barbecued? Chucked some capsicum & broccolini on as well, just to save us from going full 1980s milk bar. Not confident. Stay tuned.

23.01.2022 The Pig & Pilgrim hand wheel makes charcoal cooking easy if you've tried cooking over fire before and found everything turned out either blackened to a crisp or 'salmonella' - the Pig & Pilgrim has you sorted. When you raise and lower the hand wheel, you adjust the amount of heat that reaches the food. It gives you, the cook, total control. Oh yeah, and it looks cool. ... @micky_b



22.01.2022 Taco Tuesday with Stephanie Alexander's almond sauce Chucked some skirt steak on the Pig & Pilgrim then mashed together Stephanie Alexander's classic fresh almond salsa from The Cook's Companion. METHOD FOR SAUCE:... 1. Blend together all ingredients (see slide) except almonds and stock til still quite chunky. 2. Stir in almonds and stock, season 3. Simmer over the stove for about five minutes 4. Oh and then chuck in a splash of green sriracha which isn't in the recipe and Stephanie probably wouldn't be too keen on but tastes pretty *zing*. Pile up tacos with steak, fresh bbq'd corn, guac, radishes and almond sauce. GUZZLE.
