Hard to put in words how happy this apparently simple @pigeonholecafewesthobart dish makes us. No fuss, no garnish, and confidence in the kitchen that the ingredients need no embellishments. Some of the first for this season @westonfarm asparagus and fromage blanc @peter_cooksley made using excess froth from the coffee making process. Who knew?
