This afternoon, I prepared the verandah for a wedding tomorrow in wicked winter weather and blessed to have the verandah with the glass end at the western end. Securely tied down Branches of olive with beautiful Iron Bark flowers in the corners create the boundaries with the fabric across the top. (Now that was a sight - up the ladder with screws clenched between my teeth pushing the screws in witho...ut upending the ladder ) The lunch platters are so popular and how I love creating them from 85% ingredients located within 100kms of Rosnay Organic representing the terroir of this region.
