13.01.2022 That sense of overwhelm can be such a heavy weight ..... I read this list and can can confidently say 'Oooops', to each one of them. Yet, I do know that when I did take the advice of a far wiser parent and 'surrender' to parenting, so much changed for me. I think that even on those days when it's almost too hard, or that sense of sadness takes over, this is a gentle reminder to breathe.
