23.01.2022 The most exciting package arrived at our doorstep this morning.. We received our first Bravery Buddy that we are going to give away to a special little person..! I had to have a wee peek at it and she's BEAUTIFUL!! So, of course I burst into tears!. I can't wait to call Lucy's mum and let her know we have it so I can show you how gorgeous this doll is.. Piknik is going to be takeaway only next week Wed 29th July to Sun Aug 2nd as we wind down to have a well deserved weeks break and cafe closure from Mon 3rd August till Tues 11th Aug.. just not the break we had planned.. Place your order for retail coffee by Sunday afternoon to make sure you don't miss out on making your own coffee at home like we will be doing! Filter and plunger grinds available in 250g size. Whole beans available in 250g and 1kg bags.

07.01.2022 EDIT: Take away IS available for our friends who are completing their holidays from the restricted areas.. IMPORTANT PIKNIK UPDATE! Long rant, so apologies... The good news is PIKNIK is continuing dine in Breakfast/Lunch & takeaway meals! Yay ... The not so good news is from WED 8th July new restrictions will apply and as much as it pains us for the next 6 weeks we will have to forgo having our metro friends visit. If you are from the metro area we still love you. Due to current regulations we must refuse service. For the rest of our PIKNIK friends, we are very limited for seating available so please booking are essential. Please call the cafe during trading hours to secure a booking for tables up to 6 guest only. We thank you for your support and patience whilst we implement the next stage. 06.01.2022 Opening times for this weekend! 7-3 Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7-2 on Tuesday and a 10% public holiday surcharge will be applied to all dine in. Lamington sponge will be in the cake fridge on Saturday until sold out! Bread and pastries available over the weekend with a limited bake on Monday and only pastries on Tuesday.... 06.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder about our trading hours and menu for Friday and Saturday. We are doing basic takeaway menu ONLY both days as well as delicious Allpress Espresso coffee and fresh bread. Kitchen closing at 11.30 and last coffee orders at 11.45 am and the cafe closed from 12 noon. Back to dine in on Sunday but due to current restrictions we only have seating inside for 6 people and 20 in the outdoor area.. and we have to keep it well ventilated so remember to bring a ja...cket if the weather is looking fresh. 03.01.2022 Hi Piknikers..You might be thinking that because we are lucky enough to not live in a hotspot that you can take it easy and be complacent.. guess again.. we will be maintaining our strict following of all regulations and respectfully ask that you do so too. We want be able to visit our friends in Melbourne and have them come and visit us. We want our fellow hospitality business owners to open their doors and trade again as we have been lucky enough to do since restrictions were imposed. Please.. if you are unwell.. stay away from the cafe.. keep social distancing.. and keep respecting each other. We love you for it.
