09.01.2022 I am sharing this blog as it resonates with me. I totally agree that we need to take responsibility for our health and good movement is such a very important part of being healthy. You don't have to beast yourself through every workout in fact its not recommended. Balance is the key and Pilates serves a real purpose in laying down good foundations for movement and allowing our clients to understand how their body actually works which is the most valuable thing we can sha...re with them.
