21.01.2022 Farewell to our pilates teacher of 15 years. Jane started the + 50s classes years ago. Now shes retiring and the group is still going strong. A testament to all their dedication. Jane you will be missed.

18.01.2022 This is Pam. Pam started at Pilates on MacGregor because the pain from her osteoarthritis in her knees prevented her from going up her steps. She had also been diagnosed with osteoporosis. Her goals were to be able to go up the stairs without pain and to stem the bone density loss. Today she negotiates the combo chair forward lunge without pain so the stairs are no problem. And even better, her bone density has improved. Her latest scan puts her in the osteopenic range. Congratulations Pam. Your dedication has been rewarded.
