(Feet hip width apart) 10 x chest lifts 10 x sing leg stretches in chest lift 5 x prone press up (hands by chest) Sidelaying -lift lower legs x10 5 circles each way 10 x rainbows Quadruped x 10 (5 left arm right leg lift. 5 right arm left leg lift) Mermaid stretch 4 each side Spine stretch (straight legs stretching out over your toes) Roll up slowly 10x squats in Pilates V with heels together 10x wide squats Then pulse See if you can get more than one round in
