16.01.2022 Loving this movement The Goodness Wave Project - Podcasts for the Modern Warrior he asks what is my your way of finding balance? Pilates is my way of grounding, finding equilibrium and strength as well as unlocking and unblocking the body, mind, spirit connection also holding safe space for healing through sound, movement and wisdom/sharing circle feeling a bit out of sorts recently as I haven't been consistent enough but in the next couple of weeks will be interesting to see how the quality of life will be improved through having people to work with on a consistent basis with intention, patience and a greater attunement around body awareness. Come one come all.
