24.01.2022 Hello Beautifuls, I am so looking forward to starting my Pilates Classes again this Tuesday, 24th October at 6.30pm and Wednesday, 25th October, 11.30am. My classes are suitable for all fitness levels and my aim is to have you have your bodies feeling stronger and more flexible. 19.01.2022 Hello My Pilates Friends, I hope you are all well and enjoying the magnificent Autumn weather. My Pilates classes commence again on Tuesday 8th May 2018 at The Yoga Collective Studio at 6.30pm.... I will be doing a class on Wednesday night instead of Thursday as per last term. So I hope that you will find one to those nights suitable to come along. Give me the opportunity to re energise your bodies and restore your body balance. Term 2 Dates 7th May - 25th June 2018 8 weeks $100 for the full term 5 class pass for $65 (valid for the term) Casual $15 If you would like to book into either my Tuesday or Wednesday class please feel free to contact me. 07.01.2022 Happy 2018!! I hope it promises to be a healthy and happy one for all! So just letting you know that my Pilates Classes will be starting again on Tuesday, 30th January 2018 at 6.30pm. I will also be doing a Thursday night class at 6.30pm. Term 1 will go for 10 weeks, ending on Thursday, 5th April 2018. The cost of classes will be $130 for a 10 week pass or $65 for a 5 class pass or $15 per casual class. 02.01.2022 Hello Pilates Enthusiasts, My Pilates classes for Term 3 start tomorrow night, Tuesday 23rd July, at the lovely Yass Health Clinic at 6pm. The term will run for 10 weeks and everyone is welcome. My classes are suitable for all fitness levels and I really want to help you obtain a strong and flexible body. I am passionate about us stretching our bodies too so we can alleviate and prevent pain. Cost... $135 for 10 weeks $70 for a 5 class pass $15 for a casual class So come along and give my class a go and bring a friend or two. I also would welcome more men to join in too as the men that I do have say that strengthening their core and stretching has really helped them with their every day lives.
