Had my first client last weekend who is a cyclist and is struggling with severe back pain from a twisted pelvis due to an imbalance of tight & weak muscles which are pulling on his spine. 05.01.2022 A shout out to Ryan who comes at 6.30am to start his day the best way! He had come in with back pain which was stopping him from doing his passion - cycling. He has come so far and is gaining so much strength in the muscles to support his lower back. Weve been focusing on hamstrings, gluteals, core and obliques... and of course stretching! Super proud of how far youve come Ryan!!

03.01.2022 A little workout after putting the kids to bed! This machine works out the entire body in such a brilliant way. These exercises in this video targets the following muscles: - core (which includes the pelvic floor) - obliques - upper back muscles - triceps... - hamstrings - gluteals Its important to workout the correct muscles to improve your postural alignment - rather than just working out the usual large and bulky superficial muscles. Often people only focus on strengthening their large muscle groups, but what I focus on are the muscles that will align the body correctly and will get symmetry through the body (rather than twists through the back/pelvis).
