14.01.2022 Today I announced that Pilates&Yoga Styles has sadly closed...we almost made it to 10 years! Deepest gratitude to all our inspiring teachers...what would I have done without you. Hand on heart I bow to all past and present students. THANK YOU for your support and friendships ... A chapter finished, but it’s not the end of the book! Introducing.... A beautiful studio space will be opening at the Paper Mills, Fyansford. The healing energy at the mills lends to a studio offering Day Retreats, Women’s Circle, Workshops, Sound Healing, Teacher Trainings, and daily classes. I’ve used this time as an opportunity to move along my destiny path and represent yoga in an authentic manor. I hope to open by the end of November I’m looking forward to seeing you and starting this new chapter May we all live in peace x See more

13.01.2022 Ironically, trying too hard to control how we feel can actually lead us to feel worse. If we instead focus on CHANGING WHAT WE CAN AND ACCEPTING THE REST we can feel a lot better. So ask yourself, what are the things you can and can’t change? Start taking baby steps to change the things you can change and try to let the rest go. ...
