25.01.2022 Pilates Box Wooloowin has online classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am -10.15am $10 per week, (max x 3 classes) a great way to keep moving while we have limitations on our outings and if you have never tried Pilates before what a great way to get started. Private Zoom sessions also available ... Happy to email recorded sessions if you can't make the class. PM your interest and I will email you the link to join and discuss payment.

11.01.2022 I am sharing this blog as it resonates with me. I totally agree that we need to take responsibility for our health and good movement is such a very important part of being healthy. You don't have to beast yourself through every workout in fact its not recommended. Balance is the key and Pilates serves a real purpose in laying down good foundations for movement and allowing our clients to understand how their body actually works which is the most valuable thing we can sha...re with them.
