19.01.2022 And some more of that research about how good moving is for you.

18.01.2022 Things to consider I’ve yet to install cooling systems into my new work space given this information is slowly emerging. The panel and column heaters are ok for now. No air circulation

18.01.2022 Studio Strong opens 4th August. Please bring and wear your mask

17.01.2022 This is something I live with. It took years to get a diagnosis because the work I do helps manage my symptoms. My neurologist refers people to me for therapy. There’s something very special about Somatic work

13.01.2022 I’ve been getting a number of calls and messages about returning to massage work. I’ve weighed up all the information and honestly, I still don’t think it’s safe enough yet for you or for me. I’ll certainly keep you updated for when I do return to remedial massage work.... Reopening the Pilates studio is still pending too. Though the online lessons are doing so well I’ll certainly keep them as an option. If you’re missing your Pilates, Somatics and GYROKINESIS (R) Method classes. Get in touch, there is still space in the online classes. 0414865430 [email protected] Or via messenger

12.01.2022 Let’s carry those who struggle. Because, they’re not heavy when we carry with care, joy and love.

11.01.2022 Yesterday I made the incredibly difficult decision to close my beautiful movement studio in Scullin. It’s been a rocky 9 months that has brought me to this place. When I returned from leave last September it was to find a competing business had opened 5 doors from me. Yes, our business models did compliment but their presence impacted on the client base I relied on for my profit margin. I re defined my business model and was just staring to break even again when the Fires ...hit. Before even being able to think about further recovery, we have the COVI19 shutdown. I won’t be completely giving up but it will be in a smaller much more streamlined model. Yes, a lot of work has gone online but it’s not enough to sustain the business. I’m taking time out to rest, recuperate, plan and complete the next reinvention. Taking the slow lane Stay safe Stay well Keep moving

08.01.2022 This is why we are taking time before reopening. Given how much equipment is shared in your Pilates and movement therapy sessions the wait is important
