BUT please rest assured that all equipment is cleaned before and after each class And you are always welcome to bring your own mats and bands if you would like

16.01.2022 HOW CAN PILATES HELP MY DANCING Pilates is amazing for dancers Unlike exercising major muscle groups in the gym for example (which is still important), Pilates trains the intrinsic muscles that tend to be forgotten about We’re talking the lower abdominals, deep gluteal muscles, small back muscles, intrinsic foot muscles and so many more Not only does it build strength, it increases flexibility, mobility, coordination, muscle tone and it can teach dancers how to mo...ve and breathe safely and correctly during their routines All of these things combined really fine tune our bodies and are pivotal in preventing injuries (major bonus!) 10.01.2022 NON-ATTENDANCE FEE As of recently I have had far too many non-attendances and late reschedules. Usually I am very relaxed with this but I feel as if my leniency is now being taken for granted. From now on, if you do not attend your booked Pilates class or if you fail to reschedule within 8 hours, you will be charged for the class ($22). ... Not showing up to your class is not very fair on me or anyone waiting to get into the class. Please try your best to let me or the clinic know with plenty of time. To the majority of my beautiful families that do the right thing, thank you Sorry for the not so cheery post, but I hope you can understand where I am coming from. 08.01.2022 THE ROLL OVER One of my favourite exercises. Here our beautiful models are using their abdominals big time! They are actually used multiple times in multiple ways in this exercise, so you will definitely feel them after a few reps This exercise is also really nice for lengthening the back of the body from the neck all the way down to the hamstrings ... Perfect exercise to train your back rolls!
