02.01.2022 Mat Pilates Classes return this week on Tuesday and Friday. NEW class: Join us on Thursday for Pilates FIT. This class combines Pilates, higher intensity interval training, resistance training using hand-weights and shorter rest breaks to increase the burn and work on all areas of fitness! Take a Mat Pilates and Pilates Fit class each week to quickly see and feel the results. No membership required, casual attendance welcome - give it a try!
