20.01.2022 Here "we" go again on "our "own... Pilates in the comfort of your home... (yes you can sing it!) 6:30 Tuesday evenings 40-45 min class, via Zoom (recorded classes available on request), until such time we can meet again. Contact me to register your place. Prices listed on Services tab.

13.01.2022 Now who wouldn't want to stay at home, warm, doing Pilates. Class numbers are now at a level where we can all attend at one time, while maintaining safe distancing while we move. Class starting at 6:30 pm.. check your emails for details. If you are new and wanting to start, contact me and we can talk Zoom!

11.01.2022 Summer ( and with the current temperatures I use that term loosely) holidays are coming to a close, just as we are back open! Classes starting FEB 2nd: 9am and 6:30 pm. Bookings are required, for both onsite classes and online. Contact me to book your mat spot. Registration required. Classes: $12 onsite and $10 online: bring your own mat. COVID safe practice

04.01.2022 The wait is neraly over... the evening class is full, however there are a couple of spaces left in the morning class. Want to attend from home.. no problem, the classes are available live via Zoom....location is not an issue now...
