25.01.2022 ***CANCELLED group mat classes for Wednesday 26th*** Dear Pilates Pros clients, We have just received short notice from the St Luke’s parish that the hall will be unavailable on Wednesday 26th February due to Ash Wednesday masses.... Therefore, both the 9:15 am and the 7:45 pm group mat classes will not be running this coming Wednesday. However, the group mat class on Friday 28th at 9:15 am will be running as normal. I sincerely apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Pilates Pros Woodvale

22.01.2022 Hello everyone! The Parish staff have informed us that the renovation works currently being undertaken will be done by the 15th of June. We are excited to announce that our Pilates group classes will resume on Wednesday the 17th of June! ... We are now in Stage 3 of the government’s plan to ease COVID-19 restrictions, so we are permitted to resume our group classes and use the shared equipment. There is currently no community transmission. However, precautions will still be taken to ensure everyone’s health and safety, and to meet government requirements. - Equipment will be disinfected between classes - Hand sanitiser and antibacterial soap will be provided - Everyone must wash/disinfect their hands before handling equipment and noting their attendance - Mats must be spaced to ensure an area of 2 m2 per person - Social distancing must still be followed - Do not come to classes if you have cold or flu-like symptoms - Everyone must write their name, phone number and email address down for attendance records and contact details (government requirement) You are welcome to wash or disinfect your hands after the class as well. You are also welcome to bring your own props such as weights and therabands if you wish to. During the classes, I will be maintaining social distancing and providing visual and verbal cues to correct technique. We also ask that you please come to class early to avoid queueing up. Our group classes will resume on the same schedule as before with morning classes on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:15 am, and an evening class on Wednesdays at 7:45 pm. We will start slowly to get everyone fit again. And we’ll be able to train on the brand new carpet too! I’ll be very happy to see everyone back from Wednesday!

21.01.2022 Dear Pilates Pros clients, At Pilates Pros, the health and wellbeing of all our clients is a matter of the utmost importance. Our group mat classes will continue running. However, we have been paying close attention to the evolving COVID-19 situation and have implemented safety measures to limit exposure and reduce risk. There have been no reported cases of community transmission in WA as of yet, but we have made some precautionary changes to our group mat classes in accordan...ce with government guidelines to make sure we can keep safely providing you with enjoyable and challenging classes. Protecting You and Others We will no longer be using small props (balls, weights, therabands, magic circles) in the group classes to prevent touching and passing equipment between people. We will only be using verbal cues and demonstration to correct your technique instead of walking between partitcipants and using hands-on corrections and cues. Please bring your own mat, as well as a towel to use for head or neck support if needed. Antibacterial hand sanitiser will be provided, as well as antibacterial soap if you would prefer to wash your hands with soap and water. Please avoid physical contact with other participants (such as shaking hands) and maintain physical distance. Card payment by EFTPOS is available to avoid handling cash. We Ask You If you begin showing any symptoms, do not attend the group classes to avoid putting other participants at risk. If you have come back from an interstate or overseas trip and are showing any symptoms, please do not attend the group classes and stay at home for two weeks. Once again, your health and wellbeing is our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you up to date on any changes. Should you have any concerns or queries, please feel free to contact us.

08.01.2022 Hello everyone! This is an update on our Pilates Pros Group classes at St. Luke’s parish hall. It has been a busy week assessing information and organising as to when we will be able to resume our Pilates classes again. This includes consideration of the easing of restrictions. ... Yesterday afternoon, we attended a meeting at the St Luke's church parish, where I was informed that our parish hall will unfortunately be unavailable for another 3-4 weeks in light of renovation works at the Church. These scheduled works are planned to start from Monday, 18 May 2020. This unfortunately means, that we will not have a venue for the time being and hence are unable to restart our classes, as previously hoped. The current date for gaining access to the hall again, has tentatively been indicated as from the week commencing Monday, 15 June 2020 - depending on actual work progress. I understand that this is not the news that you / we had hoped for and I'm really sorry about that. I can only ask / encourage that you please continue with any training or exercise that you might currently be doing at home, as part of staying fit and looking after your health. I will keep you updated as we get closer to the anticipated week of reopening (i.e. currently expected week commencing: 15 June 2020) and confirm with you, prior to the first class resuming. In the meantime, please take care, stay safe and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

We will keep ...you updated on any changes, and we look forward to resuming our classes as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. See more
