24.01.2022 This evening the NSW Government has expressed concern on a growing cluster of positive coronavirus cases around Avalon and the surrounding beach suburbs. The areas of concern are inclusive of all suburbs between The Spit - Palm Beach. If you live, work or visit the Northern Beaches please follow the below: Send an email immediately to ([email protected]) so we can cancel any pre-booked classes (forwards of tomorrow) that you have for the rest of 2020. Firstly, we would love to send through a big thank you to all of you who have been so understanding, supportive and patient through the challenges of this year. Your kindness (and compliance) has helped with the mental stressors alone for the unfamiliar we have all experienced. Our hearts have been constantly full, as we are reminded of why we love coming to work each day and moving with you all.... Through the compliance of our COVID Plan and the vigilance of enforcing policies, we have so far been able to create a safe and healthy space to return and continue to exercise throughout the pandemic; we are confident that we will be able to maintain this in the new year, with the same attentiveness and implementation. There is no surprise that we met staring at an insertion point of a hamstring during a wet-lab workshop. Nat was completing her diploma in movement therapy and I was refreshing and gaining more knowledge. Not long after, we meet for a glass of bubbles or two...(bottles). By the end of the night it was declared with Nats infectious giggles and my silliness we would build not only a beautiful friendship but a working relationship also. Almost three years have passed. I have witnessed her get married, she has seen me become a grandparent and we have attended many more workshops and conferences together with plenty of bubbles shared.
