Never in a million years did I ever imagine I'd be where I am today... and my oh my there were some struggles to get here. And I know its not over yet. This wild journey of life is a rollercoaster of highs and lows, but taking a moment to reflect is important to see how much we have achieved. Take a moment. Pick a time that you remember that was difficult for you. This difficulty could be be a...t work or school, a relationship, personal, health, spiritual, physical, mental, or any or all of the above problem... and I'm sure there's many more you could think of too. Now think about where you are now. Think of all the things that you have been through, and all you have achieved to get you to where you are today. Just think about it. Look at you go! Past you is so proud of present/future you! Difficulties don't have to be the be all end all, they are just a bump in the road. Even behind a sky full of clouds there is blue sky behind. We just have to keep going to see it. It's important to take time for ourselves and reflect on even the smallest of achievements. Every small thing adds up to a bigger one. Just keep going. It doesn't matter if you are the fastest or slowest. Just keep going!
