14.01.2022 Well, what a crazy time we find ourselves in. I was hoping this post was going to announce my return to work and my new timetable, but alas, it couldn’t be more different! With Pilates studios now closed for however long, it’s time for lots of home practise. There are heaps of great resources online, many of them free, I don’t feel the need to contribute more. If you need help finding something for your home practise, please get in contact. For now, I’ll be practising up a storm and eagerly awaiting to see you all on the other side. Until then, stay healthy, stay happy and keep moving xx

09.01.2022 Hi everyone, I thought I’d give you a little update now that Pilates studios can re-open. I will start teaching studio classes again from July 1. I’m currently fully booked, but I will be adding more classes down the track, so if you would like to go on the waitlist for a studio class please let me know. Hope everyone is doing great! Fi xx

02.01.2022 Edit: Wednesday was snapped up instantly, but Friday 11:15am is still available I now have availability in Wednesday 4:30pm (a space hasn’t been available in this class for years!) and Friday 11:15am (NEW class) studio classes in my Tranmere studio. These will be the last I’m adding for a while so jump onboard if you’re after a regular studio Pilates session with an amazing view!
