17.01.2022 Meet our wonderful Nurse Practitioner Dorothea! Dorothea has lived in Karratha for almost 15 years. Her initial nurse training was in the UK where she obtained her RN qualification as well as her RSCN ( Registered Sick Childrens Nurse) certificate and then her RHV degree (registered Health Visiting). As well as nursing Dorothea has worked in the UK as a senior Lecturer and in Australia as a Nurse Lecturer. Services available are General Practice medical appointments including... but not limited to: * Medical certificates * Prescribe medications * Order and interpret Blood and Radiology tests * Diagnose and treat health conditions * Send and receive referrals for Specialists * Complete treatment plans. Appointments and Walk-ins welcomed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am-1.30pm Closed Wednesdays.
