12.01.2022 An event of interest here:

06.01.2022 "Liturgy with a difference" is a wonderful new volume edited by Professor Stephen Burns (Pilgrim faculty) and Bryan Cones (a recent doctoral student from Pilgrim). "The chapters in this collection call for a liturgical practice that recognizes and rehearses the vivid richness of God’s image found in the human community and glimpsed, if only for a moment, in liturgical celebration. They point to a way beyond mere inclusion toward a generous embrace of the many differences that make up the Christian community." https://scmpress.hymnsam.co.uk///liturgy-with-a-difference

05.01.2022 Just a quick reminder that there's an academic writing workshop on tonight at 7.30pm AEST. At the beginning of the session we will have a quick look at how to access online resources via the UD Library Hub and DML online. If you haven't tried the Library Hub before, you will be amazed at how easy it is and how much scholarly material is there for you to use from home. Join us for the online Library primer or the whole workshop.

03.01.2022 Congratulations to Associate Professor Katharine Massam on the publication of her new book. About the book, Graeme Davison (Monash University) said, "This sensitive account of Spanish Benedictine women at an Aboriginal mission in Western Australia is poignant and disturbing. Notable for its ecumenical spirit, depth of research and deep engagement with the subject, A Bridge Between is a model of how religious history, in its broader bearings, can be written."

03.01.2022 Colleagues here in Education and Formation have arranged this important seminar for next month. Take a look!
