The service we offer for domestic projects is: Total financial transparency through a) Only 1 project undertaken at a time; b) You, the client has your project linked to it's own bank account; c) When the claim from us is submitted to you each month, you are able to view all the subcontractor and supplier invoices, as well as the bank account to which you money is deposited, and d) The funds you pay towards your building project can only be utilised for your project until such a time as the project attains Practical Completion, and the final claim has been paid.
