It has a chicken bone broth with carrot, a home made paste with mortar and pestle of lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, galangal,chilli, lime, garlic, & coconut sugar. I then add pak choy (Chinese veg), shredded chicken and rice noodle. The perfect match between sweet and tangy with a very mild spice. $15 per serve available to collect from Smokin Joes after midday this Wednesday
