This will ensure a smooth process for you to purchase your goodies from PMP. ... Thanks so much for supporting this new policy! How to purchase from PMP: Full payment is required before goods are released, no exceptions. In stock items. Products advertised on facebook/Instagram can be purchased by clicking the website link, or please PM this page to ensure i receive your order. (Comments on posts may be missed as FB only notifies me half the time). Payment must be made within 24 hours via paypal, credit card, or direct deposit (with proof of transfer) Afterpay also avail thru the website. For orders. Products that need to be ordered in require a 50% deposit to be paid before the order will be placed with the supplier. Orders can take 4 6 weeks to arrive, so please allow time. You will be advised when your product is in stock, the balance must be paid within 7 days of the order arriving. Orders not paid in full by 7 days will be returned to stock and a 20% restocking fee will be retained. Refunds/Returns: Products returned for exchange ( if incorrect size ordered) will be accepted with contact to arrange return within 14 days of customer receiving goods. if suitable size not available, a store credit for the product amount will be issued. If you custom ordered ( ie item had to be ordered in ) and you require a different size to then be ordered in 10% restocking fee will apply for the transaction. Replacement size will only be ordered once original item is received back in as sent condition. If faulty product/incorrect once sent, full refund including post will be refunded. or product will be exchanged for correct/replacement if available. Please note, i can not accept returns on products longer than 1 month after purchase if you have changed your mind/size/discipline even if it still has tags on. If you have paid with Afterpay and cancel your order, there will be a 10% cancellation fee kept with balance refunded. Saddle Pads are posted in Australia Post stachels, they are folded/rolled to fit, and the website post if reflective of this.
