05.01.2022 It was an interesting poll, that sparked some really lively debate and comments that so reflect how torn so many businesses, families and individuals are right now. For the record (and while it may well hasten our own demise), Pincadia would not ever knowingly do anything to hurt our amazing community. As such, there will be NO formal competitions or Belles and Chimes until further notice. Our team misses our customers a lot and we will try to work through these tough tim...es and stay healthy and open for as long as we can. Team Pincadia.

02.01.2022 Pincadia is fortunate enough to be able to remain open. While we will close on quieter weekdays, we are still running on Fridays, Saturdays and (for now) Sundays. As we have plenty of space, we can accommodate up to 90 patrons while meeting the restrictions of no more than one person per four square metres of floor space. ... We do ask however, that you don’t all gather in one spot, and instead allow a machine or two distance between each other and enjoy all of the great areas (pinball, bar and arcade) that we have to offer. We continue to have plenty of hand sanitiser in prominent places around the venue, hand washing and hygiene guides as well as some lyrics posted to keep you busy for the 20 second hand washing time. Recommended attendance time for settings such as ours depends on if you are moving around and interacting with a lot of other people. If you are, attendance should be less than two hours duration, otherwise up to four hours. We are constantly ensuring that: Spaces, surfaces and objects are regularly cleaned with disinfectant/sanitiser We promote regular and thorough hand washing by staff and patrons and staff also use gloves Our soap and hand sanitiser dispensers are regularly refilled We have implemented additional good hygiene advice signage, internal staff policy, and extra cleaning measures. As a precaution we have closed off the library of board and card games We can also provide most of our meals as take-away - just ask. To meet our obligations, management reserves the right to ask any person exhibiting signs of a cold or flu, to please leave the premises until they are well again. This is not to discriminate, purely as a precautionary measure to keep our staff and other patrons as safe as possible. Please support us in this, stay well and stay safe!
