After posting my last painti...ng here of the Warden Head Lighthouse and the reponse I received (thank you all) I decided to do the Lighthouse in a bottle. Its nearly double the size of my normal ones and only just fits in the bottle. Thanks goes to my wife Lyn who chose the name of the painting after suggesting... that I paint a Seascape and donate it too Alkira Lodge which she saw on Facebook was undergoing renovations. Alkira Lodge is part of the Wollongong Hospital and provides accommodation to cancer and renal patients and their families who need to travel to Wollongong for treatment. Hope you like it. 03.01.2022 Just to let everyone know that I have taken all my paintings down from my Solo Art Exhibition at Tallwood Eatery Restaurant at Mollymook Beach. This is due to a...ll restaurants in Australia being closed because of the Corona Virus. The Restaurant is however serving takeaways...so please support them. I would like to thank @Tallwood and Tim Mooney for inviting me to exhibit my paintings there. I did manage to sell 3 paintings which was nearly half of my 8 paintings on exhibit. NOW HERES MY BIG PLEA. There was one painting among them all that I really wanted to sell. It's the painting which is pictured here. It's called "HOPE" Acylic 91x61cm $800 The devastation of our beautiful NSW South Coast from the recent Bushfires has seen a huge loss to our native animals which they still need ongoig care from. In order to help them in some small way I will be donating 100% from the sale of this painting to the Wildlife Rescue South coast. Thank for reading this and please share with all your friends.
