25.01.2022 I know first hand how important mental health is. I struggled with a mental disorder since I was young. This week is mens mental health week. Too many men are silently struggling with anxiety and depression. 05.01.2022 Our salt room looks so beautiful. Weve just replaced 600kg of salt on the floor and reduced room to 2 chairs with a divider for a sense of privacy. I was very excited to open this room up tomorrow but when I turned the machine on it blew something so I have to send it to QLD to be repaired so unfortunately the salt room is out of order for now. We are still opening for floats and saunas and a exciting new therapy coming in a couple of weeks.
