11.01.2022 Sooooo allow me to introduce Louise, we call her Lou and the kids call her Lou Lou! Nathan also pulls out Lou Lou when he wants something done in a Nano second You will normally find Lou in the office welcoming all you beautiful people into the park or on the other end of the phone guiding you through your booking. ... She is the only person I have ever met that talks to her Dog (Taj) like he is an actual human being...using a full vocabulary of manners and everything. She is a little (LOT) OCD when it comes to cleanliness...we have labelled her the clean queen , but that really works for us around here!!!! We High five her vibe and we all think she is great! Everyone say hi to louise, Lou, Lou-Lou

09.01.2022 We are looking for a special someone to add to our team... Pine Country Caravan Park is currently looking to fill the following casual position: Front Office Administration... In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Provide prompt and friendly customer service to all guests. Using the RMS reservation system to process all reservations. Updating all booking channels and websites. Perform all routine front office duties including reaping to all guest email enquiries. Provide support to various departments across the business, such as housekeeping and maintenance. Coordinate cleaning schedule and manage linen supplies. Requirements of the role include: A natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Experience within a front office environment is preferred but not essential. Computer and Microsoft Office experience. A bubbly approachable personality with a good sense of humour and a team player. The ability to be flexible and operate with a high level of initiative (this is really important). Positive attitude and the ability to learn (we are happy to train the right person!). This position will require someone who is able to work every Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am to 6pm with additional hours available during peak periods, including weekends and school holidays as well as covering annual leave roster. 08.01.2022 So, if you haven’t met this legend already this is Pete (Lou’s husband). Pete is one of those genuine human beings that you can’t help but like. Hands down Pine Country Caravan Park looks so deliciously good because of this man ... He is meticulous, he takes lawn mowing to the next level. He is friendly and wholesome. He will go out of his way to make your stay memorable. We absolutely love him so we decided to keep him! Give him a G’Day and you won’t regret it.
