19.01.2022 OUTDOOR GROUP SESSIONS START SOON! Session outlines are: KICK-START CIRCUIT (45mins)... - A fun, functional and simple session designed to get your weekend off to a cracker RUN CLUB (45mins) - Learn to love running through technique coaching, interval training and an individualised approach. SPORTSFIT (45mins) - An innovative session designed around sports drills and games. Great for adults that want to train like they did when playing sport, but without the commitment of games and competition. An intermediate to advanced level session. GOT KIDS?? As an added extra I am looking at having a Kids Fitness session running simultaneously to the Kick-Start Circuit. The idea being you can bring the kids along and they get some movement in rather than just being babysat Saturday 18th July all sessions will be FREE! A great opportunity to come and try the class or classes of your choice. Children from 12yrs and over can attend the adult sessions with a parent/guardian. 05.01.2022 Yes it's raining... yes we play in the rain... however if it is a storm and lightning at 4.30pm or oce games have commenced. .. games will be called off after 4.30pm if still stormy. .. . at thi stage all still on!!
