24.01.2022 A few years ago two Falcon GT Club of Australia members drove their GTHO Ph 3 Falcons across the Nullarbor to Perth nationals at the time it was considered locally and internationally as the last adventure for cars of this marque. Now David Frake one of those drivers and owner of GT Performance in Niddrie and Leo Khouri father or Jacob from Muscle Car Sales have planed one better. To get to Adelaide Nationals this Easter they are leaving this Friday with a few passengers, why... Friday for a 8 hour trip you ask? They are heading to Griffith then Sydney, Wrong way you might say but NO, from there they head to Cooktown at the pointy end of Aust, then Darwin, Perth and then Adelaide. This must be one of the great trips for cars of their value and rarity. Good luck and we will see you in Adelaide. Cheers Clint. See more

02.01.2022 Timing belt, timing chain Friday. Just to finish off the week Manoj had a timing chain on a VE Commodore, very common fault where the chains stretch throwing the valve timing out. I had a Holden Astra timing belt, replace them every 80-100k kilometres.
