23.01.2022 #Repost @the.korean.vegan Hey Everyone!! I call this masterpiece Rainbow Jeon. It’s packed with all my favorite vegetables and so easy to make. I list the ingredients below since it does go by fast in the video: 1 jalapeno... 1 russet potato 4 scallions 1 large carrot 4 leaves cabbage 1/2 cup egg replacer (or plant milk) Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1/4 cup flour 2 tbsp potato starch 2 tbsp soy sauce Oil (for frying) 1 tbsp black sesame seeds It’s really freaking delicious. And you don’t need any dipping sauce, my friends. It’s fully flavorful on its own!

We were the first Thai vegan restaurant in Brisbane for 2 years since 2017 and then we relocated and opened the food stall at Plant 4 Bowden in Adelaide since Sep 2019. Our Brisbane families came to visit us here. Thank you so much for your visiting. Being vegan is as good for humans’ health as it is for animal welfare.
