Aus post are you a mypost customer? customer yes I am Aus post Perfect, ill just get your mobile number that will be attached to your mypost card and look that up for you So many of our lovely customers sometimes dont get a tracking number but if you sign up for a mypost card, we will be able to look up all your parcels with your mobile number.

12.01.2022 -I.D REQUIRED FOR PARCEL / LETTER COLLECTION- If you're collecting an item after a missed delivery we'll ask you to show ID proving that you're either: >The person it's addressed to (the 'addressee').... >Someone who's authorised to collect on the addressee's behalf. You can provide ONE photo I.D or TWO secondary I.D's providing address such as Medicare/Utility bill. If collecting on someone's behalf where you don't live at the same address, addressee will need to complete the Collection Authorisation on the back of the parcel collection card to give consent. Alternatively you can print and sign the attached authorization form > https://auspost.com.au///Collection-Authorisation-form.pdf. For some parcels, however, the sender may require that the addressee collect and sign for the item in-person. This means the collection authorisation form cant be used. Please don't be offended when asked to show I.D for parcel/letter collection as this is our policy. Thankyou management.
