06.01.2022 Today's key learning: Balance is the key. When working with my clients I strive to maintain a balance. ... A balance of: > inspiring them into action and getting results > challenging their current belief patterns > creating a safe space for new choices to be formed > compassion for them during the often tricky process of change We are all living our lives within self created limitations and belief patterns, once we truly make a different choice, the possibilities are limitless. Have compassion for all those around you, because they are making their own choices, based upon their own beliefs and perceived understanding of what is and is not possible. More importantly, have compassion for yourself for exactly the same reasoning. Because only when you have true compassion for self, can you have a complete and balanced compassion for others.
