16.01.2022 I wanted to send out some hope to you all in these times. Melbourne where I live is in a never ending ( it feels like!) lockdown. Many people are really struggling to cope. 06.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! Let’s push the reset button and start again! Self forgiveness is like that. Cutting cords is like that too. So often we beat ourselves up over things that have been over for ages! This is a huge topic so I might do more videos on it as there are many ways to move forward. One of my best methods is cord cutting, so I wanted to share a bit about that. Let’s move on and release all those years of beating ourselves up! Today is a new day, a fresh start.
