21.01.2022 The presentations for the Mens Championships were held after golf. The best 4 games in 6 rounds was dominated by new champion Brad Lewis with 311. Congratulations Brad. Runnerup came down to one stroke with Ray Davis prevailing with 335. Overall nett was very close Chris Stokes winning with 287 from Phil Humbles 288. Results are on the board.

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Lois Sanders who smashed the stroke round sponsored by Irene Morocz today. She had a nett 67 (7 strokes better than the runnerup). Well done Lois, retirement is suiting you. Next week is stableford sponsored by Leslie Smith.

19.01.2022 The Wednesday Ladies Closing Day was won by Irene Morocz with 33 pts on a countback from Runnerup Chris Lewis. Thank you to sponsor Pink Lake IGA. We were a weary lot after Kalgoorlie but tucked into the yummy nibbles, punch, scones and cake. Next Wednesday we are at Esperance for the Esperance-Pink Lake Challenge.

18.01.2022 It was quiet a warm one for the stableford sponsored by Darryl Davies. Winning with a fantastic 43 pts was Ian Riding who after the first hole played flawless golf (9 pars and 3 birdies). Runnerup was Mark Mottershead with 41 pts, he who loves the warmth. Well done Ian and Mark. Next week is a Par sponsored by the Anderson’s.

11.01.2022 We played a closing day 4BBB Stableford and it was welcome back to Barry McCosh who combined with Brian Tolhurst to win with 46 pts. Runnerups were Darryl Davies and Keith Ogley. Happy Birthday to Robin, thanks for the champagne Ray. Next week we are playing a stableford. And dont forget the AGM on Sunday, we need members to come along.

06.01.2022 The Mixed Fours Championships were won by Chris and Brad Lewis 160 from Ken Hocking and Sharon Southall 167. Overall Nett Judy Miles and Ian Mumme 146 and Runnerup Darrall Ahchee and Chrissie Haycock 147.5. Those unable to be there better chase Ian down for your prizes.

03.01.2022 We started in perfect golf conditions today until the wind became gusty. We played a stableford sponsored by Peter and Stuart Keech. One group obviously concentrated and came in with the best scores of the day. Winning was Eugene Brown with 37 pts and runnerup was a delighted Irene Morozc 36 pts (who may share her bottles with her brother Stephen 35 pts). Stuart is back off home and we wish him well and see you next visit. Next Saturday is a stableford sponsored by Darryl Davies.
