24.01.2022 Last full day of clients yesterday before I break for a couple of weeks. Working from my family’s beach house, my clients were treated to a show, of orbs surrounding me, the room lighting up at different times as I spoke & pink streaks of light. One of my beautiful clients couldn’t resist taking a screen shot of the room lighting up as my angelic team, new friends & I were pulling cards for a New Year reading for her.

07.01.2022 Happy Sunday Beauty’s, While I have been wonderfully busy at Pink Lotus Journeys healing so many beautiful clients face to face as we are emerging out of lockdown. The last month has has also been a time of intense self reflection & growth. I will share more about that as I gain real clarity on it, but I am really looking forward to 2021 with all it will bring & my mantra right now is simply. I AM ENOUGH ... I might just say that again. 05.01.2022 Happy International Women’s Day I have been reminded all my life that I come from a long line of strong women (and I honestly do). The women in my lineage have been courageous, forward thinking, broad minded, adventurous, intelligent, resourceful, loving & incredibly strong. ... I know their stories (even of those who passed before I was born) & I gratefully tap into their wisdom & example often. I feel lucky to know these stories, & I retell them to my daughters to ensure they understand what they are made from, so they too one day can tap into that wisdom. We are inspired by so many women & I feel so grateful to live in a time where so many of our sisters can stand up & shine bright. I get excited when I imagine how many more can rise up in the future. This is one of my favourite pictures of my beautiful Mum Marlene & Aunty Barbara & my cousin Kelly. These incredible women have been my greatest role models throughout my life so far & my love & gratitude for them is beyond measure. Who has inspired you? Who do you look up to? 03.01.2022 This is one of my favourite daily practices. I take a couple of minutes before I get up to focus on what is wonderful about me & what is wonderful in my life. I then energise my body with white light & as my feet his the ground I whisper THANK YOU I have been doing this practice for over half my life, some days it’s a joy & other days it can become difficult & that’s ok. Life happens & we journey through highs & lows, the important thing is to keep journeying. Those are t...he days I need to reach out for support, or even book myself in for healing, & I am always so grateful that I did. Whatever I am feeling, this practice is my daily go to.
