Recipe below Get your Pink fix this weekend at @bendigofarmersmarket, Saturday 9am-1pm @daylesfordsundayfarmersmarket, Sunday 8am-1pm... #thankyouforyoursupport #shopatfarmersmarkets #pinkmuesli#beetrootmuesli #pinkmueslimakeseverythingpretty #deliciousandnutritious Recipe for toast 2 slices bread 1 egg 3 tbsp yogurt 1-2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp lemon zest Handful of blueberries Pink Muesli Preheat oven 180C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Whisk together egg, yogurt, maple syrup and lemon zest. With the back of a spoon press down on the bread to indent leaving 1cm from crust. Spoon egg mix onto bread. Top with blueberries and Pink Muesli. Bake 10 min till egg mix is set and blueberries burst. Let rest 5 minutes. Enjoy with your fave cuppa
