04.01.2022 Our menu is inspired by the best of West Australian produce, with a distinctly Rottnest flavour. One of the local ingredients that our Executive Chef Karl Wulf loves to use is Saltbush. This little leaf, added to a dish like Karl's gorgeous Crayfish recipe, adds a burst of flavour and crunch. Delicious!
