18.01.2022 Ask the majority of the workforce what the vision for the business they own or work for and they wouldn't know. If staff don't know what the vision is, how can the owner or manager be expecting them to be working towards acheiving it. A great vision statement by Honda in the 1950's was simply put- Destroy Yamaha. Least all the staff knew what they were working towards. Do you know what you are working towards in your professional life?
11.01.2022 Next time you are setting your intended outcomes (goals to many), ask yourself the following 7 questions. Who,What,When,Where, How,Why, but should we or shouldn't we? It may just be the keys you need to change your dream into your vision. Visions after all are the reason for our existence, aren't they?
